What the numbers mean for buyers and sellers

Radnor’s September 2026 median sold price rose about 39% from August to $1,282,500, while the average sold price increased only about 1.5% and just 16 homes sold. The headline jump may reflect the mix of sales rather than a similar increase in every home’s value. Days on market also fell by 20 days to 18. Buyers should be ready to act on a suitable, well-priced home while checking comparable sales before bidding. Sellers should support their asking price with recent sales of similar homes rather than apply the median increase across the board.

In a small market, the mix of homes sold can move the median. I look at inventory, days on market, pending sales and comparable properties together when helping you plan your move.

Understanding Radnor Township Mailing Addresses

A Radnor Township home may have a Wayne, Villanova, Bryn Mawr, Newtown Square, Rosemont, Radnor or St. Davids mailing address. Postal names do not confirm municipal or school boundaries, so verify each property.

A Wayne mailing address can include three school districts. Confirm the district for each property.
